I think by the time I get all these forms sorted and my joint sponsor fills out forms I'll be a july filer again. Really hard to believe that that's a year gone by. I mailed my K1 away on 26th June and it really looks like this will be about the same.

Aly: was homesick yesterday, missing my mammy but got to talk to rents today so feeling a tad better. As for bordom, yes I'm bored. Next week I'll be around most days as looking after Nick's Grandma every morning. Nick's mammy is her full time carer but is working for a week at stuhr museum, she teaches theatre out there every summer.

In 2 weeks I'm going to get my driving licence (HOPEFULLY!!!) at least then I'll be more independant and be able to get out and about. Been doing the online practice written test and passing it every time. The practical test apparently lasts 15mins max and it's literally drive round a couple of blocks, no manouvers like the UK one. I drove Nick's car round a parking lot, so strange being on other side.

Ahh but at least you're there now And you're together which is what counts - someone please remind me that as well when I start freaking out!?

Does it still feel weird Debz? It's great that you are going to be driving soon I am really nervous about driving around - I am going to practice in our car when it gets changed from Jeremy's giant van! But we won't be able to afford two cars for a while anyway so I'll just practice in a parking lot too

You'll be around more just as I begin to drop off the radar - Jeremy is here this time next week and then I am moving!!! I'll pop my head in from time to time but prolly won't be too active until I cross the pond - will be freaking out and needing all my buddies for support

A certain annoying member, who shall remain nameless, repeatedly referred to CRATES as CREATES whenever she whined about the status of her petition.

Though annoying, it has made me laugh often over the last year!

Yes sometimes it does still feel weird. It's like sometimes in a moment of realisation I think, Oh S**t, I live in the US.

on another note...I've just found out my mammy, dad and aunt (dad's sis who I have always got on amazingly with and last time I was with her drank 2 litres of wine between us plus my cousin) are coming for a week on 12th Oct. YEY!!!!

Speaking of someone starting a thread "pics of my baby" and Julez looks and finds a pic of someone´s husband instead of a baby...now someone started a thread "pix of my little man" and that´s pics of a baby Can´t they make it even more confusing?

Oh that's great! Mum is thinking about coming out for Christmas if my brothers are going to do their own thing, but if not then it will be Easter next year Did your family make it out for the wedding? When do we get more piccies?!?!!? And your ticker says you still have 11 days to go til your wedding

Most important thing though is that you are happy - I trust you are? *hug*

As a totally random aside, I am looking for a little patio set I would love a little round wrought iron table with four matching chairs and the table has to have a hole in the middle for an umbrella Ohhhh the sunshine...

Wonder how long it will take for me to get sick of it?!

Chairs will prolly need cushions too or the chairs will melt the flesh of anyone sitting on them

believe it or not we got a nice set for nick's mammy from walmart.

got rest of pics today so going to be going through them all and get some more up in the next few days.
