I think it took longer to get through security than it did for the biometrics! Griff's gripe is that the woman kept telling him to relax during the fingerprinting but he insists that he was already relaxed! It wasn't until she threatened to scrap the whole thing and make him apply again that he was finally able to relax! I, on the other hand, would have sh*t my pants under that threat!

In that case I shall make sure that I'm nice and relaxed by drinking gin and tonic for the entire 55 minute drive there tomorrow.

Before anyone comments... hubby is driving. :D

Probably a good plan Gillian. Griff is a really laid back kind of guy, so I was surprised they thought he wasn't relaxed!

At my biometrics there was no security at all :o And there was this great guy who might have been security cuz he was sitting by the door but he didn´t search us for anything and he was fun to talk to cuz his roots originate in Czech so he was all excited to see us :)

It was like an airport security check for me. X-rayed my handbag, walked through the metal detector and waved the wand at me once I passed through. Had to show photo ID too!

i am going to reveal my true identity here, because i dont know what to do about my last name when i get married!!!!!!!

which name is better:

1) Susan Gundersen-Miceli

2) Susan Miceli-Gundersen

Miceli is pronounced 'Mit-selly' for the record (the 'c' in albanian is pronounced like a 'ts' in english)
