That´s weird. I swear I wrote something here earlier today but I just don´t see it here. I am either blind or it´s something else :P

Well I wrote that sometimes, when I write something in an off topic thread, sometimes it´s taken negatively by other people while I mean it in a good way. Is it just me or do they just have no sense of humor? :unsure: I should just stick around here with my friends (F):dance:

Day One: Went to Council of Elrond. Was prettiest person there. Agreed to follow some tiny little man to Mordor to throw ring into volcano. Very important mission - gold ring so tacky.

Day Six: Far too dark in Mines of Moria to brush hair properly. Am very afraid I am developing a tangle.

Orcs so silly.

Still the prettiest.

Day 35: Boromir dead. Very messy death, most unnecessary. Did get kissed by Aragorn as he expired. Does a guy have to get shot full of arrows around here to get any action? Boromir definitely not prettier than me. Cannot understand it. Am feeling a pout coming on.

Frodo off to Mordor with Sam. Tiny little men caring about each other, rather cute really.

Am quite sure Gimli fancies me. So unfair. He is waist height, so can see advantages there, but chunky braids and big helmet most off-putting. Foresee dark times ahead, very dark times.

THANKS! lol im really really really excited about the move for several reasons...i cannot wait to get away from my terrible roomate (we can afford our OWN apartment there lol), i cannot wait to quit my terrible job, and i cannot wait to start doing research in psychology and doing things that are stimulating and interesting again!!!! :dance::dance::dance: no more making labels and sorting the mail!!!!!! :P

adriano doesnt know what to expect because he knows nothing of the US besides NYC...unfortunately, i DO sort of know what to expect, and am afraid for him lol (no offense to anyone from Indiana!!)...the whole 'not speaking english' thing is not going to go over as well there as it does here (nobody freakin notices here!!) lol it will take some adjusting for us both, but im sure it will work out in the end

besides the ticker, there is something else new about me.....i finally have a heart!!!!! (L) i am like the scarecrow in the wizard of oz :lol:

Oh btw, I dont know if Indiana looks like that cuz it´s the land of Teletubbies :D

haha, you are SO observant!!! There is a function to 'Change Display Name' in the 'My Controls' section. You can apparently only do it once a year, or some hoopla like that *shrugs*

Wow, babybluesusie, I remember you saying you were going to move to Indiana, but I didn't realize so soon! Only 8 weeks away! I totally agree with Marta that it will be harder for Adriano but also better for him since he'll be forced to learn English more quickly. I'm sure it will be a challenge for both of you but as it will be something new you can go through together, that is rather nice. :)

I am in Montreal right now with Scott. Very happy. Going to go pay attention to him now. :)

Oh and Aly congrats on receiving the visa! Very exciting.

Yes, very very soon!! I am freaking out because I don't have a place there yet, and I don't know a damn thing about Indiana!!

I spoke with Adriano the other night about moving there and we decided that since South Bend is a very small city, located about a 1.5 hour drive from Chicago, that we would try to split the difference and live 45 minutes from South Bend and 45 minutes from Chicago. The main thought behind this is that he will not only have a better shot at getting a job in Chicago, but that he might even be able to find some Italians to work with there. Lord only knows where we will end up, because I know nothing about that area, and I will probably just pick some random city that is about equi-distant. :unsure:
