Hello, the fee schedule lists the I-130 fee at $355 and the I-129 at $455. If I intend to file for a K-3 visa, do I send in $455 with the I-130 since there is no fee associated with filing the K-3/I-129?

No, the fee for I-130 is $355. You send the I-130 first with the $355 fee. Then you'll receive the notice of action. You'll send a copy of that NOA with the I-129F for K-3, in which there is no fee.

You send only the I-130 fee. When filing the I-129F for a K3 visa, there is no fee. Do not file an I-129. It is an I-129F.
