Hi. Too many people are telling too many things. Now I am so confuse.

I am in the US. My fiancee is in Cambodia. I got packet 3 01/12/08.

Do I fill out the forms and send them to my fiancee to sign and then have

her send them to the embassy? The do not except hand delivery. How come they didn't send her the forms?

And packet 4, will they do the same thing, send to me in the US, for me to send

or notify her about the appointment date?

I am so excited with getting packet 3 that I booked a ticket to be with my fiancee

in Cambodia, leaving beginning of Feb. So now if they send packet 4 to my address

in the US, I won't know. Or will she be notified also? WHAT CAN I DO?!

At the interview stage, each consulate/embassy has their own way of doing things. So you will need to pay attention to the instructions that the embassy has given you.
