My wife's temp green card expired in April of 07. we filed the paperwork (I think the I-751 [stressing think]) to remove conditional status, etc. and to get the perm res card. We did this in the 90 day window. We went for biometrics in March of 07 and we got a letter in the mail extending her stay for one year. That letter expires in April of 08. So, in April of 08 we have no valid green card and no valid later. for all intents and purposes, she'll be here illegally.

We went for biometrics in the office on 45 south in Houston, in that little strip center there...

We have not heard a peep since our biometrics. No letter, no call, no interview...nothing...

Wonder what we should do? Who should we call? Should we do something or give it a little more time?

I saw the other post and feel like maybe I should post there. Mods, feel free to move if you'd like.

Thanks

Cliff
