Hello all,

Well we got the advance parole approved, but then the interview date was provided to me, it is while my wife is out of the country!!!!

Apparently we cannot use the infopass method, but have to call USCIS.

Has anyone else had to go through this process?

What am I in for this time? Does it delay the whole process much longer?

Any help would be great

wow, we have already recieved our Biometrics appointments. It is only 2 1/2 weeks away.

It seems to be moving rather quickly.

This is great.

As I am sure others will agree with, its not a big deal to re-schedule your appointment for a better day. Its been done before with no reprecussions.

Edit: I just looked at your timeline. I thought it was embassy appt., I am not sure about the appt. to remove conditions.

K1 Visa Process long ago and far away...

02/09/06 - NOA1 date

12/17/06 - Married!

AOS Process a fading memory...

01/31/07 - Mailed AOS/EAD package for Olga and Anya

06/01/07 - Green card arrived in mail

Removing Conditions

03/02/09 - Mailed I-751 package (CSC)

03/06/09 - Check cashed

03/10/09 - Recieved Olga's NOA1

03/28/09 - Olga did biometrics

05/11/09 - Anya recieved NOA1 (took a call to USCIS to take care of it, oddly, they were helpful)

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
