I didn't read the whole thread, but I have two comments:

1. Check with your local health department and/or free clinic. They will most likely have services for you.

2. Regarding your breathing/asthma/bronchitis... check out something called a neti pot:

It is designed to flush your nasal passages. It looks weird, but it works. I have had chronic sinusitis and resultant bronchitis for several years now and this has literally changed my life! I can finally breathe! I have not had to take any meds since starting to use this method several weeks ago.

I recommend it highly, especially if you want to avoid taking lots of meds. This method just uses salt and baking soda, and you can flush as much as you want. I started with 2 times a day, but now once a day seems adequate. TMI, but you wouldn't believe the junk that came out the first few times!!!

Asthma nurse jumping in! We have monitored many pregnant women who has asthma/bronchitis/other breath issues. We encourage women to continue to use their inhalers are directed. I've seen way too many times a woman be admitted to the hospital for an asthma exaserbation because she was afraid to use her inhalers. Remember if you are not breathing and taking in adaquate oxygen, neither is your baby. Definatly check with your OB.

The neti pot is great too! There is also something called Nasopure which is great too. It's just saline and you can flush out your sinuses with it which can help prevent infections and can also open up your sinuses when they are clogged. Do you know when you are due yet? Good luck!

pretty vague. this is the same woman wahrania harassed repeatedly over whether or not she's really algerian, and the first time she's posted since dec. 20th. maybe she's still irked about wahrania hounding her. much more likely the case than doubting the existence of God or His making mistakes or not.

i don't exactly feel it's alright, but the 'alrightness' of her comment has nothing to do with anything. it's just not about the issue you want it to be about so badly. i don't see how you could not feel it's alright, since you obviously have no problem dragging up a 2 yr old comment and trying to inject it into a discussion that had nothing to do with the 2 yr old comment.

Congrats for you and your family. I, too, was shocked to find I had gotten pregnant on one of my visits to Morocco. I was surprised because my doctor had led me to believe that I would have great difficulty in getting pregnant. Both Hicham and I were floored. I was really freaked out at the time about how I was going to handle having a baby without Hicham here. But we've gotten through it and when I look at my son now, there isn't a single doubt in my mind that he was supposed to be.

Since the OP brought up that she thought she was to old to be pregnant then naturally I assumed that this was what the dig was about. I have also seen where the OP has also tried to give her guidance, and has shown her kindness as well. Not once have I read any sort of thanks for that.

If that was not her intention, and she clarifies it, then I will apologize. Until then I think it was uncalled for.

Ummmm.....did I say that she said it, or there was any sort of significance between the two? If I remember correctly I think I stated that I was waiting for those comments next. To me it just appears that since the OP claimed to be too old, and the snide remark, this is where I put the corelation.
