Mistake on NOA2 for K3

We finally received our NOA2 for our K3!!! It was approved on April 14th. My question to anyone who knows is, on the part where it lists the Petioner, it states my name, which of course that's correct. However, on the part where it should state my husband's name as beneficiary, it also states my name. Has that happened to anyone before and if so, should I be concerned about it? I tried contacting the NVC at the number they give on the NOA2, but good luck getting through. I called so many times and each time they say that they are too busy so it basically hangs up on you. So if anyone out there can answer my question I would really appreciate it.

By the way, if I could also be informed as to how to find out about when the NVC receives packet 3 and how do you know when the consulate receives it, that would be a great help also.

Thanks everyone :D

kiktek77,

I don't know if you should be concerned or not, but I would contact the USCIS about it as well as the NVC since it's the USCIS that issued the incorrect document.

The NVC is not going to receive packet 3, your husband is. When the consulate sends it to him.
