We just got our appointment date for our son and it coming very soon. We dont know yet what really are the requirements. And we dont even receive the packet from them.

Please help us.. we are running out of time. the appointment will be on Jan. 29 - feb. 6.

If theres a new updated form for affidavit of support.. pls give us the link too..

For K-Visa the affidavit of support used at the embassy or consulate is I-134

USCIS will always have the newest version of the forms posted on their site.

You can ignore the OMB date at the top of the form, that date has nothing to do with if the form is valid or not, OMB date has to do with data collection required per the paperwork reduction act.

it's basically the same requirements as the Fiance Visa Appointment Packet. DS Forms the same, except DS-156k is not needed. Child under 16 does not need an NBI Clearance.
