Hey everyone! Can someone tell me if when we pay for the I-94 at POE is it $6 US or Canadian? That is one thing that I haven't noticed mentioned, just that we have to pay for it when activating the K-1. Any info would be greatly appreciated! Interview is Thursday and POE will be on Saturday!! At least thats what I'm praying for!!!!

$6US. I believe they will accept the equivalent in Canadian currency.

Can I ask what we are talking about? My fiancee has to pay $6 when she goes through imigration? How is she supposed to get Dollars being from South Africa? Please explain.

Since the exchange rate for US to Canadian is currently 1:1.02 it is $6 US or $6.12 Canadian. I suspect they will take $6.00 canadian.

Can I ask what we are talking about? My fiancee has to pay $6 when she goes through imigration? How is she supposed to get Dollars being from South Africa? Please explain.
This only happens at the US/Canada and US/Mexico land border crossings, NOT on international air flights.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
