hello everyone ,

I have my biometric apt tomorrow I know I will have to bring my apointment letter and marriage cert ,

my question is do I have to bring the first NOA's of AOS , AP and EAD since it sais on it bring it too ??

and is there any other document I have to present , ( like birht cert or divorce cert ) ?

State or governement picture ID that matches the appointment letter... if none then what you have that indicates the name change

If your letter says to bring them then I'd bring them, but all I needed to bring were my passport and appointment letter. I brought my marriage certificate just in case but wasn't asked for it. My letter didn't ask for the NOA's at all... just the appointment letter and I.D. such as passport.

ok had my biometrics yesterday we got there 9 am and was out at 9;30 , there was a line up we had to waite a bit ,went to the counter where I gave my apt letter , passport and marriage cert , they handed us a form and number, then filled out a form gave the form back waited for my # , the lady had a hell of a time to take my prints she kept saying to relax my hands , ( wich I tryed , but she was squeezing my fingers so hard like they were goin to fall off ,so it made it hard to relax )

after trying about 10 times she continued saying relax your hand ,

so told her I am but she squeezes hard wich makes it hard to relax , she apologized then it was easier , finaly got the prints done ( my opinion she wasnt the friendliest woman on the block ) but oh well I dont have to worry about how friendly she is since it was a one time deal thingy ,

just feel sorry for the person she goes home too , lol

before leaving I asked a person who also worked there how long it usualy takes to get notice about the EAD card since I have to reaply for SSN , he said ( with a smile ) 2-3 weeks , was thinking at least they got one friendly person working here , said thank you and left
