Form I-130 #22

2 parts

22. Complete the information below if your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status.

A. Your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at the USCIS office in:

Fill in with City and State

B. If your relative is not eligible for adjustment of status, he or she will apply for a visa abroad at the American consular post in:

Fill in with City and State

My wife and I live in Los Angeles, CA. She is here in the US on OPT and we'll be filing for her AOS and submitting all the forms in together. Since I'm filing everything together the instructions say to mail to the Chicago Lockbox. However, for part a) do I fill in with Chicago, IL or put Los Angeles, CA or there is another California service center in the form instructions with a Laguna Niguel, CA address? Which one is correct?

For part B since I've filled in part A then part B is not applicable, right?

Form I-485 Part 3 : Were you inspected by a U.S. Immigration Officer?

I checked Yes because she had to go through immigration for her last US entry. I assume majority of the people entering the US legally will check Yes for this question. Just want to confirm.

I'm not sure about the I-130 because I applied for a I-129F. For form I-485 part 3 you do check Yes.
