Hello Everyone i need some help for a friend of mine, her husband is filling the CR1/IR1 spousal visa for her, he is at the stage where he is preparing the affidavit of support and the supporting documents to be sent to NVC, it has been over 2 months since he got the affidavit form from NVC will NVC terminate the case if he took too long to send the info to them, someoone told them that if you take too long to send the info to them the case will be terminated, they are now panicking, any info will be appreciated.

If they do not respond in a year they will have to do it all over again...but they are fine for 2 months
