You would need to vaccinate if your vaccines are not current, or you could risk filing a waiver if you are morally/religiously opposed. We don't like vaccinating, but I needed MMR to be complete, so I went ahead with it anyway. I hated it. But I didn't want to risk a waiver not being accepted, and it's not any guarantee that it will.

I havn't started anything yet. My boyfriend is a us citizen, and i'm on f-1 visa, going to college here. We're thinking about getting married. But i'm just here to figure out where to start and go later-!Thank you all-!

If you are adjusting directly from an F-1 visa, you will need a full medical (Which may involve vaccines) at a USCIS civil surgeon. This would have to be done before you send in the green card paperwork. The medical results need to be included with it.
