The only veggie that comes to mind as one I REALLY dislike is brussel sprouts ... and of course, whenever we visit Canada, my MIL serves that!!!

Get her to make them this way....maybe you'll even like them

Fav: every leafy vegetable especially Thai’s veggie that I don’t know English name and you cant find it here... Stir fry with oyster sauce, in soup or raw - ginger, galangal, an eatable type of ivy and lots of other stuff…

also asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, collar green (spelling?), corn, onion, shallots, sweet potato, lima beans, soy bean, zucchini, mushroom (all kind), cilantro etc…

I love vegetable…

Don’t know much about beans and roots stuff (potato and other similar looking stuff)… I don’t know how to cook it the way I’d like it so…
