RFE sent but no received email or update!! BUT EAD Approved..???

We sent RFE on Dec. 20th and its been more than 3 weeks now, but there is no updates or a receipt email.

BUT...........

On Jan 11. I got emails that my I765 -> "Card production ordered" and I131 -> "Approval notice sent." :dance:

Does this mean that they actually have received my response to RFE that I sent in Dec. ???? I'm very confused :blink:

Should we resend a complete copy of the RFE again?

No need to again resend the RFE! :no: (Did you get the signed return receipt for it?)

I think that all your cases stop processing until they receive the RFE. So the fact that they approved your I765 and I131 tells me that yes, they received your RFE and case processing is moving forward! It takes longer for the AOS so keep your eye on your online AOS case update, it will be updated soon I'm sure! :thumbs:

I had the same thing i sent out my RFE and i didnt get any updates for past 3 weeks and even now no updates over USCIS website and no emails but on Friday i got a letter for Interview. so i guess they received my RFE and they are processing but still there is no sign of EAD.

10/15/2007 Mailed AOS Packet

10/16/2007 AOS Package Delivered

10/23/2007 NOA1 for I-130, I-485 and I-765

10/24/2007 Checks Cashed

11/05/2007 Biometrics Appointment Received

11/15/2007 RFE

11/21/2007 Biometrics Appointment Done!

12/18/2007 RFE Sent

01/11/2008 Interview Notice Received

01/18/2008 EAD Card Production Ordered

01/23/2008 EAD Approval Notice Sent

01/25/2008 EAD Card Received

02/21/2008 Interview: Approved

8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
