:goofy: Hi guys! NOTHING!!! It doesn't surprise me. I just got on today and saw 5 people got their green cards yesterday. Contragulations to all those couples. As you may remember, we went on April 13, a Thursday. The officer said that Fridays was his day to approve AOS. He said Keith "should" be approved without any problems and remember he was working on Daryl's. We thought he would get his facts straight that first Friday and we would get a call the next week as he told us he would call us. When we heard nothing I thought maybe he would finish up the paperwork the following Friday (2 days ago). Nothing. Keith hasn't actually been "officially" approved yet as we know. Of course the USCIS status hasn't changed since January, not even updating Keith and Daryl got their EADs, so I was doubtful it would show anything, but I looked anyhow . . . NOTHING. That's all I can report. Thanks for the prayers and luck. :goofy:

:goofy: Wednesday - 13 days after AOS interview and still NOTHING . . . not even on Keith's which the officer said "should" be approved.

And regarding Daryl's "lost" medical that Atlanta cannot find and admits they lost it, I wrote London over a week ago to see if they had a copy or I could get one from Nuffield rather than pay another civil surgeon anoter $150-200 and they finally wrote back: "We regret, the Embassy does not retain medical examination results on file. Nuffield Hospitals Health Screening (NHHS) are no longer the Embassy panel physicians and will not be able to provide you with this information either. We regret we cannot assist you with this matter. Thank you for your e-mail correspondence." I'm really not surprised. :(:goofy:

Shari I wonder if they are holding up things to process both at the same time? Can you email the officer you talked to in Atlanta? I think I would try and contact them if you could. If not I think I would be contacting my congressman's office and see if they can intervene and get you some help. JMO Good luck.

:goofy:I wish I knew his name/email address and I would. Does anyone know of an email address to the AOS office in Atlanta? I will give it the rest of the week to see if we hear anything. Thanks! :goofy:

:goofy: Two more weeks and nothing :crying: I faxed our Senator's office a letter last Thursday afternoon about our problems. After I hadn't heard anything Monday, I called Tuesday. The woman I needed to speak to was away from her desk (standard answer). I left a message. No return calls that day. I called back today and got her. I told her I faxed her a letter last week. She said hold on, leafed through a few papers, said she found it, would read it and see if she could help. She would get back in touch with me (when????????????) In the meantime I went ahead and made an Infopass appointment for the 19th as I had already asked off work that day. So, we will see if we have to drive to Atlanta and spend a fortune on gas or if the Senator's office will get off their butts and check this stuff out.:goofy:

Good luck to you. The same happened to us. We got approved at the interview but didn't hear anything for almost a month. My husband signed his green card and everything. We made two INFOPass appointments the following month and they told us it could take up to 6 months. We finally contacted our Congressman who wrote USCIS a letter, we received a reponse saying they were conducting a security background check on us. It would have been nice if they told us from the beginning  . It took 7 months after the interview to get approved. I hope you are not stuck in the security background hole.
