im a littel confused weither way to send DS-3032 . i am the Applicant so what should i do ? or which the better way as shortcuts :

1) using james's shortcuts file the form DS-3032 and send it to my wife after i generate a barcode so she can send it by express mail after the automated phone system says that they mailed it .

or

2) send the DS-3032 by email ? i dont know so much about this way .

would love to correct me if i am wrong about james's shortcuts steps also i would now which way is better email or regular mail.

you can do it either way you can send usc your 3032 signed now or email them by the short cuts from james shortcuts here is what you need

NVCINQUIRY@state.gov this is the e-mail address

here is a sample of what you need to write

Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is ....., my visa case number is #......

Unfortunately I cannot locate my ds-3032 and would like to appoint my

husband as my agent of choice to receive all the correspondence from NVC.

His name and address is:

......

All mail from the U.S. Department of State concerning my immigration visa

application should be send to the address above. Thank you for your help.

Sincerely yours,

make sure you get an auto response message or it didnt go through and none of this can be done till nvcs auto messages say ds-3032 has been gererated good luck

which way is faster emailing or mail it in the regular mail ?

well e-mail is faster as long as you get auto response back or you could be sitting there waiting like i did and just ended up sending paper form i lost a week in time just make sure s o has paper copy in usa so it can be mailed if needed

what do you mean by geting an auto response back can you explain to me why would i dont get it.?

well sometime there system does not respond is all it has happen on numerous occassion and people waiting and waiting for there choice of agent to be accepted and never is just because they never got auto response from the nvc system this is what i was told by nvc operator
