A couple of weeks ago, I had a dream that I donated a kidney to LisaD. Which is bizarre for a number of reasons, not the least of which is that I don't know what she looks like, and in the dream, she was from Manchester, England, complete with accent (Lisa, you're American, right?). Yet somehow she was still LisaD.

No idea! I think my subconscious is a big scramble!

I rarely have dreams involving people I see or talk to regularly. I tend to dream about people I haven't seen in years, like childhood friends or people I worked with in high school. Either that or luminaries and celebrities. A couple of years ago, I dreamed about Saddam Hussein, John Kerry, and Bernie Williams (baseball player) all in the same week. Within the last couple of months, I've had dreams about Daniel Craig, Marisa Tomei, and Eugene Hutz.

So I guess that makes you a celebrity!

This may have been done already, but I was thinking that it may be fun to start a thread where people can describe how they picture VJ members who don't have pictures anywhere their profiles.

You sort of looked like a 1980s rock vixen (like, a bodacious babe from a Motley Crue video), with dark curly hair and a few ringlets. You had a sort of sassy way about you, and you were sitting up in the hospital bed wearing a teal cardigan.

Apparently I shouldn't have read this thread last night because I dreamt that Mags and Platy came to visit. Mags was wearing black bicycle leggings and a green t-shirt. They were offering advice on the landscaping quote I received. And then the phone rang and it was a man I had met at the local landfill . (Which appeared to be across the street from me because I could see people searching through it periodically.) He wanted to know if I was still interested in going to the flea market that he had told me about. And then I coloured in the wrong portion of the bedsheet I was stencilling with permanent paint. But I'm not addicted to VJ.
