DS-3032 and AOS fee bill

im a littel confused weither way to send DS-3032 . i am the Applicant so what should i do ? or which the better way as shortcuts :

1) using james's shortcuts file the form DS-3032 and send it to my wife after i generate a barcode so she can send it by express mail after the automated phone system says that they mailed it .

or

2) send the DS-3032 by email ? i dont know so much about this way .

would love to correct me if i am wrong about james's shortcuts steps also i would now which way is better email or regular mail.

I emailed the NVC my choice of agent and it was accepted a few days before I recieved the DS-3032 by mail.

At the end of November it took between 10 and 14 days before the responded to emails. I don't know how it's now.

You're probably quicker to use James shortcut, but I wanted to be safe and you probably only gain 5 to 10 days.

I'm not completely sure how much time you safe with the shortcuts, but henever you're waiting later on for the DS-230 and you don't mind creating your own barcodes I would advise doing it because most people wait for 3 to 4 weeks before they recieve it (like us).

im still confused about filing the form DS-3032

first file the applicant's last name and first name and then check the first box as i want my wife to be my agent and write her name and her telephone number after the word I Appoint (right ?) and then write her name again and telephone number ??????????????????????????
