my question is-it is ok if he send first the payment of AOS bill $70

then after that i will send DS 3230 on the followings days.?

You can just send email for DS-3032. They accept it. I have done it three times.

Twice for my parents

and once for my friends sister last week

Yep. If you send the ds-3032 via e-mail, it's faster also !

We did it that way and got confirmation that it was received in 2 days ...

Just a question regarding email for DS 3032. The beneficiary should email to NVC, right? or is it ok for the US citizen petitioner to email NVC about DS 3032? Thank you.

hey whts the right address u send the aos fee bill to?

You can send both at the same time. Both of them are going on different locations. I used UPS overnight for DS3032 and USPS overnight for AOS bill because USPS is the only supply chain managment in US forward mails (overnight ) to POBOX.

The DS3032 should be emailed by the beneficiary as that is who is required to submit the Choice of Agent.

I sent email myself on behalf of my parents. I wrote like this:

I am sending this email on behalf of my parents. They would like to appoint me as their Agent Of choice for DS-3032 form and ...... (All information like Name, Case #, DOB)

I also sent email in the same format for my friend, and they accepted it

It is interesting. As suggested by Aussiewench, I also thought, the email should be sent by the beneficiary. But it is good to know that they also accept petitioner's email regarding DS 3032.

That's the one! Jut remember to put your case number in the subject line, and the petitioner's name and b-date and beneficiry's name and b-date in the email
