The VisaJourney page containing information for the Bogota embassy indicates as part of Packet 4 that *I-134 Affidavit of support. (notarized)"

I believe this is an error that needs to be corrected, first the form is not I-134 but I-864, also, Packet 3 instructions and other VJ's indicate this form is not notarized.

What I understand is that for the petition I-129 you have to submitt the form I-134 notarized. That's what we did. Also my fiance will bring a new one for the interview just in case.

You will need the form I-864 for the AOS process this form is not notarized.

In general the I-134 is used for K-1 visas, and it has to be notarized. Some embassies may opt to use the I-864. But it does not have to be sent with the I-129F packet. Only provided for the interview.

Notarized. And it would be wise to make 2 or 3 copies. All notarized. Send 2 to your SO for the interview with supporting documents. If anything should happen in the delivery, you'll still have a copy for sending in an emergency. ;)
