Any good leads on CS in the DFW area who dont charge an arm and a leg for filling out the I-693A? Half the doctors I called wont do it, or admit they dont know how to do it. The other half insist on charging for the whole damn medical exam again. We've got the DS-3025, which we submitted at AOS filing. But we've run into some serious problems with AOS and USCIS refuses to tell us why the case was denied or what it was pending. Im having to play a guessing game as to what information they could possibly want. I figured Id start with the I-693A. So if anyone knows a decent CS in DFW please speak up.

I am sorry to hear about your denial. Maybe your husband was missing the chicken pox shot. Mine was. The bad news: it cost us $100 at the public health clinic.

This CS we used is in Austin, but you can do it over the phone and fax.

They transcribe your vaccination form DS-3025 to Form I-693a and they charge $10

The phone is busy most of the time, but if you insist, you get the answering machine, and they call you back on the same day.

Hey, coolness! Thanks for the tip! This would make things ALOT easier. Ill try them first thing Monday morning. $10 is definitely a fair price for a little CYA.
