I took today off from work and took our newly found to be male cat Tabujet to the vet today. He is no longer able to make his sister preggy. It took some doing but we managed to keep those two apart for the last few weeks. We just got a call from the vet, she says that he is coming around and is doing fine. I will go and get him in about 2 hours.

It's been a really busy few weeks for me. I am playing hooky from work today. I needed the day off! Besides, I would have only gotten 5 hours in if I went back to work. I have earned a little rest.

Eventually I will. She is 100% indoors and does not seem to want to go outside. Tabujet got to be a big boy and his time was now. Bruha is on the small side and I think she still has some growing to do. As long as she cannot get pregnant then I am content to wait a while.

Ok, well, do it as soon a you can afford it because the longer you wait to do it the harder it will be on her. And you do not want to go through a cat in heat. Seriously.

Seriously, Alex is right! Jenny went into heat earlier than we expected - and she was on the small side too - and it wasn't pretty. She ended up humping one of my brother's friend's leg. Of course the poor guy was/still is especially shy and it probably was his first interaction with a female. :D
