The prayers are soooooooooooo appreciated! Praying here too, to have come this far gives (through major issues/roadblocks) me so much confidence that it is indeed God's will, even if many people cannot understand it!

Listen to the others on the advice over preparing for the interview. I personally know two couples from VJ that interviewed through Morocco and have a 25 abd 27 yr age difference, and both were approved, but it took time. Look at previous threads that talk about what kind of evidence to prepare. Morocco does tend to look closer at cases with larger age differences. People like Sarah and brnidokiegurl can give you good interview techniques, to try and get your evidence in front of the officer.

CONGRATS!!! Best of luck at the interview. My husband is here with me and we have a 13 year age difference. We didn't have a problem with the age difference and we were on A/P for awhile but we got approved, but I do know there is some that do have problems. The wait is worth it. :) The love pulls both through the hardest times, it's amazing and so great!(L)

Hello well casa is a tough one, as others have said u are just thru the first hurdle, even though hopefully you addressed all these issues in the original application that seems to mean nothing. There are interview questions posted in various places if you need email me, also i do hope you put everything of importance in the first application because they are tending to NOT look at much in the way of evidence that he will bring, we are thinking they make their mind up before he even appears there and this is based alot on the application. There is alot to plan ahead for so take this time and use it wisely. Get in touch with your reps and let them know of your case and just be prepared if you need more info just email me and i will also get you with others that can advise good luck

That is a good point. We have seen many post on there that despite the fact that their SO had a lot of evidence with him, sometimes the officer does not look at it even when offered. Seems the best preparation is in the interview answers.

Sadly not even the questions answered correctly help. The age difference is a major factor in reviewing cases, but something really strikes them to deny it without any sign as too why. Fortunately we figured out why ours was denied. We won it at the USCIS on the same evidence he took to the interview.

If I was to do this again, and mind you I won't, but I would have addressed every single red flag with the application of our first petition. Its kind of sad, but usually by the time someone finds this website that contains some good solid advice they have already filed.

To the OP, I hope we aren't stressing you, not everyone gets denied with a large age difference. Just take EVERYTHING. They might not need it, but if they do he will have it there.

I remember what I was advised by a VJ member prior to our interview. Hope for the best but prepare for the worst. Sounds strange but it gave me strength to fight this until we won.

'Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming 'WOO HOO, What a Ride'
