EAD/AP will probably be processed at MSC or your local office. Don't know about your other question, re K-1 vs K-3 transfer process times.

OH, btw....the transfer thing hapenned to us(see my signature)...and were happy for a bit at the possibility of no interview....then our case was sent back to the local office. (So basically it was at MSC, then sent to CSC and then transferred to the local office.) Since the transfer notice occured before biometrics as in your case(I think that's what I saw in your siggie, right)....I would wait and see.

Good luck,

-P

I was transferred to CSC on 12/18/07 where my AOS (I entered on a K1) remains pending. My AP/EAD were approved yesterday at the NBC. They remained behind and were processed at NBC (to the best of my knowledge)

ok I did some research from what I gatherd ( thats an aprox estimate on my calculations )

the K1 entries who are transferd , around 80% who get transferd resive the EAD aproval around 1 - 2 month after Biometrics , and AOS aproval around 2-3 month after Biometric

( I calculated this info from the transferd to CSC tread )

if anyone like to share theyr K1 or K3 aprovals would be cool to just add K1 or K3 so we can see if there is a differance in time , am curiouse as to the resolts

I hope things won't go that slowly for you either.

I linked you up to this just so you could see how things 'sometimes' go. Most greencards come fairly quickly, but it's a lot like the visa process where every case is different. Try and relax about this step of the process if you can and not worry too much about 'averages' - just be happy you're over the hard separation.
