You can but there is no guarantee of entry - you need to make sure you bring proof of ties to your home country which will help

Haha!! Yeah - they recommend that you only take one case if you can and one piece of hand luggage - can look suspicious if you take too much!!! Good luck!!! Wish me the same!!

Yes i will start next month when my one come in Paris we will fill all the forms together and as soon he will gat back in Chicago he will send the petition.

There is no guarantee that they let you enter the US. However, from what I've read on the forum so far, most people don't have any problems.

Take plenty of documentation with you, showing your ties to your home country and that you have responsibilities there that would make it pretty difficult for you to just "get up and go".

When you go through immigration and customs just answer their questions as usual. Your documents are just a back-up in case the officer suspects that you might not return to your home country.

I'm going over in February too, so hopefully, everything will be ok.
