I posted this on another forum but figured I may also get some advice here as well

Hey guys we just recieved our noa1 on our EAD and AOS but the receipt # isnt registering for either when I try to add them to my portfolio on uscis site in order to check status online. It says they are invalid... should I be worried or am I just entering them too soon( maybe they havent been completely entered yet) I just dont wanna rn into any problems because of this as I am sure that this will affect my Bio appt as well as the issuance of the actual card and such. Any advice or input is appreciated.

I think the USCIS login facility is down. It hasn't been working for lots of us for several days now. I still can't log on today... :( this could be the problem. I'm sure your number is good...just wait a few days :thumbs:

Thats true.. I wasnt able to log in earlier.. but its working now( well the log in anyway :blush: ) How long after filing your forms did it take to get your bio appt?

I don't think anyone has a good estimate of the time for a bio appt? Some people have gotten notice for an appointment in less than 2 weeks, and others it took several months.

Removal of Conditions (I-751)

August 16/08: VSC received I-751

August 22/08: check cashed (certainly did not waste any time)

September 11/08: Received NOA 1

September 15/08: Rec'd Biometrics Appointment Letter

October 02/08: Biometrics Completed

March 04/09: File transferred to CSC

June 01/09: Letter stating Petition Approved and Card Production ordered

July 12/09: Card Production ordered e-mail

July 13/09: Received card in the mail

AOS

March 27/06: Sent I-485

March 31/06: NOA 1

April 4/06: Rec'd NOA 1

April 5&6/06: Touched

May 4/06: Rec'd Biometrics Appointment Letter

May 23/06: Biometrics Appointment

May 26/06: Touched

July 22/06: Rec'd Appointment for Interview

Bio appointment times seem to fluctuate. I think if you apply for an AP and have a fairly early date listed, they might arrange an appointment for you. Mine was set two months in advance when I got the notice, but I just went in to the local application support center and bumped it up by a month. ;)

26 January 2005 - Entered US as visitor from Canada.
16 May 2005 - Assembled health package, W2s.
27 June 2005 - Sent package off to Chicago lockbox.
28 June 2005 - Package received at Chicago lockbox.
11 July 2005 - RFE: cheques inappropriately placed.
18 July 2005 - NOA 1: I-485, I-131, I-765 received!
19 July 2005 - NOA 1: I-130 received!
24 August 2005 - Biometrics appointment (Naperville, IL).
25 August 2005 - AOS touched.
29 August 2005 - AP, EAD, I-485 touched.
15 September 2005 - AP and EAD approved!
03 February 2006 - SSN arrives (150 days later)
27 February 2006 - NOA 2: Interview for 27 April!!
27 April 2006 - AOS Interview, approved after 10 minutes!
19 May 2006 - 2 year conditional green card.
01 May 2008 - 10 year green card arrives.
09 December 2012 - Assembled N-400 package.
15 January 2013 - Sent package off to Phoenix.
28 January 2013 - RFE: signature missing.
06 February 2013 - NOA 1: N-400 received!
27 February 2013 - Biometrics appointment (Detroit, MI).
01 April 2013 - NOA 2: Interview assigned.

15 May 2013 - Naturalization Interview, approved after 15 minutes.

10 June 2013 - Naturalized.

Hey!! I am also in that area I atually just moved from downtown naperville and bought a house in Aurora.. are you still in the area?
