Is There Expiration on P3? Does it matter when you finish the P3 packet? Because if it's possible that there is no expiration date, I want my fiance to wait for like a month or two until I get my 2008 w-2s before he goes for the interview at the embassy. thank you please get back to me asap.

There is on your NOA2. If you dont keep in touch with the embassy, they will let your NOA2 expire, otherwise they will continue to renew it. But if you need to wait a month, that should be fine.
