03/21/06- Met online

10/13/06- Met in person (Los Angeles USA) (three weeks)

12/20/06- Met in person (Kuala Lumpur Malaysia) (three weeks)

06/21/07- Met in person (Portland Oregon (via PDX), USA) (three weeks)

04/30/08- Here I am in USA!!!!

05/19/08- I-130 approved!

05/27/08- NVC received our application and case number assigned

06/02/08- DS-3032 sent & AOS Bill Generated

06/05/08- Paid AOS Bill online

06/16/08- DS-3032 email accepted by NVC

08/28/08- Case completed!

10/21/08- Interview date (Rescheduled by US Embassy- Original date 10/28)-PASSED!!!

10/22/08- Visa in hand!

10/31/08- POE- Seattle, WA

11/12/08- Received SSN in mail!

11/20/08- Got my WA driving license!

08/03/10- I-751 sent

08/09/10- NOA

08/24/10- Biometrics

10/28/10- Case approved

I am getting worry...no sign of check being cashed!!! :(

My check was cashed on 02/14/08 and I received the NOA on the 15th. Apparently they send out the NOAs before the checks have cleared the bank.

The hardcopy has a "Notice Date:" of February 12, 2008 and Received Date of February 18, 2008. I made a mistake and sent the I-130 to the Tx Center instead of the Chicago lockbox (USCIS made a change in early Dec. 2007 on where to send the I-130s). This may have delayed getting the NOA some.

First of all, congratulations! USCIS really seems to be moving into high gear on these I-130's. Since you filed with CSC, your case number on the back of your check will start with the letters WAC and be followed by ten digits. It appears that California filers can usually track their I-130 petitions online right away, whereas there is typically a delay for Vermont filers because their cases are not getting entered into the system.

I see a received date of 1/22/08, and a notice date of 2/12/08.

I went to the website and tried to plug in my receipt number, but it didn't work so I guess it isn't in the system yet.
