Hi everyone I got email from CRIS yesterday afternoon and it says my husband's petition was approved last May 06, 2007. I already informed my husband about it and he's just waiting for the original NOA2. I was just wondering when I checked the Status Online it says your case is still pending. Weird isn't it. So for all of you January 08 Filers approval is now on the way. Goodluck to everyone!

I'm just biting my nails now for the I-129F because the thought of how long it may take NVC to process the I-130 by itself is scary lol ... I want my wife here ASAP ... an extra grand in the course of a lifetime is worth it to me if she'll get here a month or two earlier

Does anyone know why James' shortcuts don't apply to K-3ers? Is there a modified version?

James' shortcut only apply to IR/CR case, K3 does not apply.

Since we can use NVC online payment system, there is not too much opportunity to case James' shortcut.

yeah mine was last touched April 7th,2008. haven't seen any activity since. I don't know what a touch even means, but hopefully it's getting close.

I've seen some I-129F NOA1's around March 11,2008 already approved (http://cse.ssl.berkeley.edu/igor/vjdata/default.aspx). i hope this means some us waiting after 3/11 are approved shortly.

Technically you're a November filer as you filed in November.
