Is anyone going through VSC able to see their case online yet??

No, I can't see mine either ...... I'm wishfully thinking, that they may be too busy adjudicating and approving to put us onto the system :idea: of course, that is totally wishful thinking.

However, I have been checking the timelines via the link at the top, and some Vermont people are getting their NOA2's in super quick time ..... I notice someone from Columbia got their's 20 odd days after NOA1 .... incredible (wish I was from Columbia now) ..... maybe the timelines for the actual service centres are changed by someone who has no idea as to what's going on .... and so just inputs any date they like the look of :pop:

i received NOA1 today, the date on the form is 20 february. i can see the status using the receipt number on the uscis web.

I am really worried - I sent my stuff in 1/15 and I'm the ONLY person on the list who hasn't had their check cleared or received an NOA ... What can I do? Anyone know about a phone number or something?

5/24/10 : I-751 Packet sent to VSC

5/26/10 : Delivered to SAINT ALBANS VT 05479 @ 11:46am

5/27/10 : NOA1 Date (based on scanned check image)

5/28/10 : Funds withdrawn from bank account

6/04/10 : NOA1 (I-797) received, confirming above NOA1 receipt date.

7/31/10 : Biometrics letter received - Appointment date of 8/11/10!

8/11/10 : Biometrics done!

8/29/10 : GC received (sometime last week lol)! (WOW!)

1/06 : Married my JAAN :)

1/15 : I-130 and I-129F sent to Chicago Lockbox

1/17 : Both petitions received @ Chicago

2/27 : Check cashed & I-130 petition visible on system.

5/01 : I-130 APPROVED!!! (But not my I-129F)

5/08 : Got Case # from NVC (received 5/7/08)

5/11 : PAID AOS Fee Online -- I-129F still pending; full speed ahead with I-130!

5/12 : Neetu emailed NVC re: DS-3032 (choice of agent)

5/13 : AOS Status now "PAID" -- AOS PRIORITY MAILED

5/16 : NVC received AOS

5/19 : DS-3032 email accepted & AOS entered in system

5/24 : IV Bill Invoiced and paid online

5/28 : IV Bill status = PAID -- DS-230 EXPRESS MAILED!

5/29 : NVC received DS-230 at 11:01 am

5/30 : DS-230 entered into system

6/03 : CASE COMPLETE - 26 DAYS AFTER NVC RECEIVED I-130

6/10 : Interview scheduled (for 7/9 originally)

6/14 : Interview letter (my copy) received.

6/16 & 6/21 : Medical

7/16 : Interview completed - APPROVED!

7/21 : Neetu picked up passport/brown packet from VFS

7/25 : POE AT EWR!!!

i received NOA1 today, the date on the form is 20 february. i can see the status using the receipt number on the uscis web.

:help: i want to make sure about some points before i send I-129F: i am alredy married and applying for k-3.

-the address to send this form,is it the same shown on the left/down of the NOA1? (vermont service center in my case)

-i need to anwser B-17 and B-18 by N/A ?

-i knew my wife through a website that provides only communication(chat) between people interested in marriage or friendship. after that we met in

person at her country and got married overthere, is that website will be considered as International Marriage Broker ?

hi rajee , call the uscis # 1 800-375-5283. listen to the instructions then press the appropriate # on your phone.

you will be dialing 1...2...2...6...2...2...1 then you will be able to talk to a person, make sure to have all the information about you and your spouse ready.

I may be wrong I need to check. But you may also be the only one who sent 130 and 129 together. I wonder if this has something to do with it.

I also sent my I-130 and I-129F together and have already received my NOA1 for both forms. I think the problem is that Rajee sent his forms to the Chicago Lockbox rather than VSC. The Chicago Lockbox is only for STANDALONE I-130's. If you're sending the I-130 and I-129F together, I'm pretty certain they should be mailed directly to the appropriate service center. I suspect the Chicago Lockbox isn't sure what to do with Rajee's I-129F, and that's the reason for the delay.

Yeah, that makes sense. They may have set it aside or something.

I've called USCIS but they keep saying "give it more time and call us back in a couple days" ... This has been the response twice ... But they don't have any further answer because they don't see it in the system :(

I figured that if they didn't want my 129F there, they could've sent it back to me and entered the 130 ... I mean give me break ...

I sent both my I-129f and I-130 together to the chicago lockbox and bot both my NOA1's. It's a painful wait I hope CSC gets faster soon.
