ok... so now we get the news that we may have to move bcz the family we live with is moving... soooo i was told that we need to move first before we start AOS and EAD... any advice or ideas on what to do ? we are looking at some apartments close by my 2 jobs... but i need to find something affordable and ASAP so we can start the AOS and EAD process.... i was told adam needs his passport, visa, i-94 which is in his passport and his birthcertificate and I need my pay check stubbs... does this sound right ???

We moved during AOS. The biometrics appointment will be scheduled at your local office. If you will have the same local office after you move, you will be fine if you apply now. BE sure to forward your mail to your new address. Just be sure to submitt the change of address AR11 (alien) online, it gives you the option to put in your receipt numbers for pending cases so that they too will be moved to the correct office, and the I-865 change of address (sponsor) papers.

The list of things you need is correct. You can also use online banking option to show your last 6 paychecks insead of the actual pay stub.
