Baptismal Certificate. Colombia

We have the baptismal certificate which is supposed to be notarized. It is notarized in our case but by the church (Curia) which in my mind is exactly what should happen. I have one slight doubt however that this document needs to also be notarized by a regular notary.

Is that necessary? or is just the curia's notarization sufficient? I will appreciate your replies to this question

The baptismal certificate does not have to be notarized nor by the church or by a regular notary.
