hello everyone i got here on k3 visa and after one week my I130 got approved and i dont have money for filling and for work authorzitaion and i got an other paper from the immgration sayd that my wife need to send 70 dollars to have the affidavit of support because they are working in the CR1 visa now,my question is .is it ok to wait untill i get the money and have my adjustment of stutes done?

No. The K3 was specifically designed to allow USC spouses to enter the US w/o having to wait for the I-130 to be approved. It took 2-3 years for an I-130 to be adjudicated back when the K3 was introduced. ;)

Yes, if you are looking to adjust status here i/o pursuing the CR1 via the NVC and the US Consulate overseas, you may ignore the I-864 fee bill as well as any other correspondence from the NVC.
