Timeline
I just came back from the post office and finally Express Mailed our I-130 application to the Chicago Lockbox(only used 5 digit Zip code).

The wait begins....

The wait begins....

Hope you get a quick approval.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Done! I think ours is the first CR-1 going through KTM(at least in a long time) so it should be interesting.

If they don't improve on their times, you might get an IR visa.

Payment for DS-230 sent..................8-30-07

DS-230 Packet sent to NVC..............10-29-07

Case Completed..............................11-16-07

Case Forwarded to Embassy.............11-30-07

Yes, that's the one. It doesn't look like CIS put out a new one, so it shouldn't be a problem I think.
