Ok.. I have known my chinese fiancee for over 2 years since I was in the Air Force stationed in Southeast Asia. However, now that I am out of the Air Force and collecting untaxed income such as GI Bill and other scholarships for college expenses and only working part time making less than the government mandated income required really makes me concerned about my fiancee.. From anyones knowledge or experience out there do you know if I even have a chance of bringing my true love over here to the USA given my circumstances? There has got to be a way for me to tackle this scenario.. Please Help

If you are below the poverty line, I believe you will need a co-sponsor. Look at the AOS form and guidlines. I think if you were above the poverty line the previous 3 years, you wont have to show recent paystubs. I haven't got that far in the process yet as what exact paperwork you will need. Since you are military, your application will go through much faster than other people.

11/08/2011 - Interview date THANKS GOD went smooth n pretty easy with the nice lady IO takes 9-10 minutes wow???????????????

I think I waited more time for my Oath Ceremony schedule rather than interview process and after 13 minutes the lady gave my sched WOW CAN'T BELIEVE ......yayyyyyyy
