I filed my I-130 June 27, 2007 and my I-129F for the K-3 Visa on August 17, 2007..my I-130 was just approved today and my I-129F hasn't been touched since Oct. I had also faxed a request for expedite for the I-129F in Dec., they told me to expect an answer within 72 hours...it's been a month. Does anyone know whats going on? Also, now that my I-130 is approved how long do we have to wait for the interview in CJ? My husband has been out of the country for almost a year now and we have two beautiful little boys together that are 17 months and 4 months...My husband has never seen our 4 month old because I found out I was pregnant after he left and the pics. I sent never arrived to him. :crying: Oh please, someone tell me some good news!
