I received my 2 Noas for I-131 and I-485 on January 26, and have been trying to add the case number on the uscis website but no luck, its not letting me do it. I guess I will keep trying!

1-26-2008 RECEIVED NOAS FOR I-131 AND I-485 (12 DAYS LATER)

2-03-2008 RFE for I-864

2-08-2008 Sent back RFE

2-15-2008 Touched- on case (RFE received, case resumed)

2-25-2008 Touched- Case transferred to CSC :-))

3-06-2008 Biometrics appointment

3-07-2008 AP approved

3-07-2008 Last touch on my case after biometrics

3-23-2008 Aos touched on Easter sunday?

3-26-2008 Another touch :)

6-01-2008 Touched

6-02-2008 Touched

6-03-2008 AOS APPROVAL :) :)

seem like ppl that mail USPS get NOA first than ppl that use Fedex or UPS my been there since the jan.22

Febuary 26. 2008- appt. for Bio

March 26. 2008 BIO taken

March 28. 2008 touch

April 28. 2008 touch and aproved at the Infopass ,EAD on order..

April 30. 2008 I765 touch..... its been aproved allready

May 1. 2008 I765 touch......

May 2. 2008 I765 touch.......

May 5. 2008 EAD is here / Aproval email for I-765

I filed on the 18th January and I just got my NOA's today. They had a notice date of 25th January.

17th March 2010 - Started the removal of conditions process

22nd March 2010 - Application received by CSC

30th April 2010 - Biometrics appointment

i see most ppl here are here on K1 visas , well im arived here on a B1/B2 visa in 2000 well now i got merried and adjusting my status will that take longer to process ???? any help will be apriciated

That can be very hard,I would suggest having a lawyer.

We got all NOAs last week, but have not heard anything about Biometric appointment yet. How long does it always take?

1/11/2008: Sent out AOS package and I-130 to Chicago Lockbox

1/13/2008: Package Received

1/17/2008: Checks Cashed

1/23/2008: Receive NOAs (I-130,I-485, AP and EAD) dated 1/16/2008

2/11/2008: Receive ASC Appointment Notice (I-485 and I-765) dated 2/1/2008

2/29/2008: Biometric Appointment

3/4/2008: AP touched - request for additional info

3/7/2008: EAD touched - Approved

3/12/2008: Receive EAD

3/15/2008: Receive I-512L x 2 - dated 3/4/2008

7/10/2008: Interview Letter Received

8/20/2008: AOS Interview and GC is approved!

8/27/2008: Receive welcome letter dated 8/21

8/30/2008: Receive my GC!

Hello,

I received my notice for biometrics last Friday. My biometrics takes place in Cincinnati on Feb. 11th.

K-1 Journey

04/09/06 - met for the first time

03/24/07 - proposed!

03/28/07 - sent I-129 to NVC

04/04/07 - NVC received I-129

06/26/07 - NVC sent approval

07/12/07 - Montreal Consulate recieved approved petition

07/20/07 - recieved Packet 3 from Montreal

07/24/07 - sent Packet 3 back to Montreal

** obtained police certificate

08/07/07 - Montreal confirmed that they recieved Packet 3

09/21/07 - INTERVIEW BOOKED NOV. 9TH, 9AM

10/17/07 - Completed Medical (took 5 minutes!)

11/09/07 - Visa APPROVED in Montreal (should receive in 2-3 weeks)

11/16/07 - picked up visa at the post office today (2-3 weeks my a$$)

Entered US December 4th!!

Married December 22nd

AOS Journey

01/11/08 - sent AOS package to Chicago Lockbox

01/13/08 - USPS confirmed delivery of AOS package

01/14/08 - received new SSN with married name

01/19/08 - received all 3 NOA's

02/04/08 - case transferred to CSC (notified online)

03/12/08 - EAD card approved

05/12/08 - Card Production Ordered!!

I filled for my I485 and I765 together.

but i received NOA for I765 only today.

will i receive NOA for I485 later or is there something wrong?

Biometrics appointment received today. The date is Feb 8. I'm worried because I'm not a totally fluent English speaker, the appointment is in English right? (silly question but I wanna a hope for me) :blink:
