Just wanted to let you all know that I received my NOA's. Now waiting for biometrics.

K-1 Journey

04/09/06 - met for the first time

03/24/07 - proposed!

03/28/07 - sent I-129 to NVC

04/04/07 - NVC received I-129

06/26/07 - NVC sent approval

07/12/07 - Montreal Consulate recieved approved petition

07/20/07 - recieved Packet 3 from Montreal

07/24/07 - sent Packet 3 back to Montreal

** obtained police certificate

08/07/07 - Montreal confirmed that they recieved Packet 3

09/21/07 - INTERVIEW BOOKED NOV. 9TH, 9AM

10/17/07 - Completed Medical (took 5 minutes!)

11/09/07 - Visa APPROVED in Montreal (should receive in 2-3 weeks)

11/16/07 - picked up visa at the post office today (2-3 weeks my a$$)

Entered US December 4th!!

Married December 22nd

01/13/08 - USPS confirmed delivery of AOS package

01/14/08 - received new SSN with married name

01/19/08 - received all 3 NOA's

so i just got my NOA for EAD. Is there going to be a separate one for the I485??

2007-02-01 - I-129F Sent

2007-02-15 - I-129F NOA1 received

2007-03-18 - Still nothing, not even touches :(

2007-07-29 - sent off packet 3,

2007-09-03 - sent first email to montreal

2007-09-24 - sent 2nd email to montreal

2007-09-25 - reply from montreal - interview Nov 5 8:30am

2007-11-15 - entered US

2007-11-20 got married

2008-01-13 - sent off package for EAD and I485

2008-01-22 - received NOA for EAD

I mailed my package out on January 2nd. My checks were cashed on January 10th.

Mailed our package January 2nd also. NOA was January 8th and our Biometrics appointments are January 30th for myself and my son.......:)!!

Hi Lisa, I got my biometrics notice today. My appointment is January 29th :dance::D

EAD Approval was NOT updated online. We had an infopass meeting for 3/6 and then the EAD shows up in the mail on 3/5!!!! cancelled appointment,

all i have to say is #######.

Biometrics appointment Febuary 1st here :)

Dakota, a few questions, When did your package get Delivered? And the Date of your NOA is that the date on the hard copy or is it the date you received them in the mail? I'm waiting for my Biometrics so trying to get a rough idea. Mine was delivered on the 10th.

I mailed mine on the 18th January and I have an Infopass appointment this morning to try and get an emergency AP as my mother died on 19th and I want to go to her funeral. I am hoping that they can help as the only receipt I have is the one from the Postal Service.

When I went down there they said that the cheque needed to be cashed first but that when that happens they can issue it to me on the same day so I think that I will be able to make it since I want to leave next weekend.
