Ok, so a few interviews but nobody had a stamp in the passport?

I have read many times that they take the I-94 from the person because with the green card there is no need for that, so this is not true right?

I would like to know if they ask for some affidavit support paper? Because we already send our when we send the package for AOS...and in the letter for the interview said for to bring that UNLESS already submitted.

Anyways...Thanks for sharing your experiences, my interview is coming soon...and I hope to have the greencard as soon as possible because it helps for to find a long term job.

Good week

Ali and Jeff

The only stuff they took from us was photocopies of proof of joint finances / assets / insurance.

They did not ask for updated Affidavit of Support information. OTOH, we did discuss working.

I hope they get these reviews done quickly.

They did not ask for the affidavit support paper. I took a copy of my 2007 tax return and they kept that. It wasn't submitted with my I-864.

She asked if my hubby still worked at the same job and we told her no, and she never asked for an updated affidavit.

I would recommend to have a copy of everything you sent in, just in case it was lost! :)

I love my hubby beyond anything in this world.

I am getting sick to my stomach. Anyone heard anything since their interviews?

Nothing. We were told it could take a month. :crying:

How can they leave us in the dark like that? :(

Our assumption was that our interviewing officer, who was very nice, was a junior officer - he was young.

I'm wondering if USCIS reviews all cases on newer officers for a time to ensure that they are following procedure?

Anyway, we're hopeful that it's just a short delay to the process.

The lady who interviewed me told me it would be reviewed either Friday or Monday. She said we should receive a letter sometime next week. I wonder if they will finally update online after approval. Haven't been touched since Bio appt.

She didn't say which Friday or Monday, did she?

This waiting is the worst waiting yet. :(

At least, you guys knows you are approved pending review. We don't even know that. :(

True! I was thinking we would get touches on the day of our interview but nothing here. How about you?

No touches, nothing. I keep checking, but not yet. I keep expecting to get locked out of the USCIS system for logging in too often. :(

Let's cross our fingers till then!

Seattle office is probably just swamped. I just hope we are not all sitting on a shelf, collecting dust.

Maybe Seattle is just not updating 'touches'? One day we'll check our mail and there it will be - no email, no touch.

I noticed that the 2 people in Feb filing haven't checked in at all yet. I guess they're in the same boat.
