I'd hoped to have heard something before now, or even got a touch recently. I've been transferred to CSC and last had a touch on 04/24 to show that the case was now following standard processing. Not that I need the green card, but seeing some form of movement always makes me feel better.

We just received an e-mail Welcome the new Permanent Resident! We're so relieved! We hadn't heard a word since our case was transferred to CSC in March! Now we've just got to wait for the Green Card to come in the mail! :) We couldn't be happier! Now we have the option of visiting his family this summer!

Sooo Happy My aos was approved yesterday and green card ordered today.. The best news ever :) I was beginning to worry since my last touch was march 27, but yeah now I will just check my mail everyday for the actual card, then celebrate... Good luck to everyone that is still waiting, your time will come really soon

I am wondering if anyone knows if a I-485 is filed at the same time as I-130 , if we have to wait for the I-130 to be processed first? filed both and Noa's for both Jan. 16 but have heard nothing on either.. we can see the 485 online ( says the same as it did in feb) but can't find the I-130 online.

The last update on the 485 is dated Jan.16 (online), It says online in red Case Status Retrieval Failed, for the I-130, i have recieved my EAD and AP, I did receive a NOA for the I-130.

We had our AOS interview today, everything went very smoothly, we had a really nice officer. She did ask for evidence of us living together, names of my wife's parents, also for my divorce certificate from my previous marriage, both of our birth certificates and few other documents. I-485 was approved right there and card production ordered. We are so happy now!
