Our last touch for the AOS was 03/27/2008 - however, as long as AOS comes through before December, then I am happy.

Received Green Card in the mail today. We never got a card production ordered email, but it looks like approval notice sent means the same thing.

My online status just says "Case pending", no touches since Jan 22nd for I-130, and Feb 6th for I485. I did get EAD and AP in March. I was worried that immigraiton was not doing anything, but Yay, we received interview request letter in the mail yesterday. Interview date is July 3rd.

I had the same feeling but I reviewed carefully my e-mail notifications and yes, there is a welcome letter sent. Maybe I ignore one e-mail because I thought that it was about the same thing...

There is a better thing that the welcome letter: you have your GC in had. Congratulations!!!

Ours has not been touched since January 18. A lot of the February filers already have their greencard in hand. This really sucks! But , we have waited before, another wait doesn't matter as long as my wife is with me now.

Went for the interview today, it was pretty easy.

How did you meet?

When was your wedding?

Are you a terrorist, spy, member of some nefarious organization?

Arrested?

First time K-1 visa?

Do you have some proof of relationship?

Thanks, everything looks good, you'll find out in the mail within 30 days of our decision after I review everything.

We got the email from CRIS today that card production was ordered. Woo Hoo...the journey comes to an end 13 months later!
