so what's going on with our greencard. it's soon going to be 3 months since we submitted our RFE. is this normal? I mean, the last thing I want is for my k3 medical to expire before we get to our interview.

As long as the medical was currrent when you filed (and they received the case) then you're ok. it does not matter if you don't have your interview until after the medical expires. The requirement is for it to be valid when you file, not when they come to adjudicate.

That was NOT the case for me.....Mine was in date when I filed yet I still got an RFE

06/05/2021 - Notification of biometrics scheduled

09/17/2021 - Interview - decision cannot be made

12/24/2021 - Appeal sent back with I-912 waiver

12/24/2021 - Motion to terminate deportation proceedings from 2013 filed

hello guys ! I also filed my AOS in Jan but heard nothing since my biometrics in march and I even cant check my status online. is that normal ?!

I was able to check my status online after my biometrics. But I think that you can call and ask for. They only say that the system has delays in updating... blah blah blah Have you had receive your EAD card?

yea ... I think even if I call, they will just tell me nonsense ... anyway, I guess it's still early for me to worry about this !

in fact I didnt apply for EAD with my AOS back in Jan, as I thought that the GC would come very soon. my friends got that in 3 months, so I just didnt bother to do that. However, it seems that it's going to take longer, so I have applied for it in mid-April and biometrics is scheduled for tomorrow ! I hope the EAD will come faster than my GC !

Card Production Ordered!!!!! Yippee!!!!

I've had no touches since the end of March, and today I came home to an email that said my green card has been ordered and should receive within 30 days.

I hope this means good news for all you guys who have also been waiting without any news since March!!

07/12/07 - Montreal Consulate recieved approved petition

** obtained police certificate

08/07/07 - Montreal confirmed that they recieved Packet 3

09/21/07 - INTERVIEW BOOKED NOV. 9TH, 9AM

10/17/07 - Completed Medical (took 5 minutes!)

11/09/07 - Visa APPROVED in Montreal (should receive in 2-3 weeks)

That's inspiration for me. I'm seeing all of the touches for people before and after my CSC transfer. I'll wait for my surprise email soon too.

My Card production was ordered on the 8th of May.

17th March 2010 - Started the removal of conditions process

22nd March 2010 - Application received by CSC

30th April 2010 - Biometrics appointment

No touches at all.. it still says online we received Jan 16 this application ...is it possible will they process AOS before I-130, or do we need to wait till we hear something on the I-130?
