We are still waiting for any notice if we will have an interview or not. I am in awe of some timelines here and hopefully we get something too the soonest. Not even a touch for our I-485 since Jan. 18 ( date they received our AOS petition)

Tampa is very very slow in scheduling interviews...Based on current time lines Tampa is about 4-6 months behind other locations...

06/26/2010 : Received NOA
03/20/2012 : Received RFE(I-797E)
05/23/2012: Application approved after RFE response
06/29/2012: Received letter from NVC

so does Tampa schadule the interview or MSC ? my case is at MSC and no touches since BIO was taken .

January 28, 2008 - Checks cashed

January 30. 2008 - Received NOA1 (I130,I765,I485)

Febuary 26. 2008- appt. for Bio

March 26. 2008 BIO taken

April 28. 2008 touch and aproved at the Infopass ,EAD on order..

April 30. 2008 I765 touch..... its been aproved allready

so what's going on with our greencard. it's soon going to be 3 months since we submitted our RFE. is this normal? I mean, the last thing I want is for my k3 medical to expire before we get to our interview.

As long as the medical was currrent when you filed (and they received the case) then you're ok. it does not matter if you don't have your interview until after the medical expires. The requirement is for it to be valid when you file, not when they come to adjudicate.

So I went to Infopass today regarding my application. The officer called somewhere and found that my Case hasn't been assigned to an IO yet. He said that it will get assigned to my local office and just waiting in line. So hope thats some good news for others. Wait wait and oh yeah wait =)

I called the NBC # for a follow up. they couldn't find my case # so they escalated it to another dept. this dept was rude as hell. the woman said 'you have to wait' and hung up...literally, hung up without any other comments. I called back and they gave me an email to file a complaint but it's such a waste of time. I mean I don't mind waiting but this is unacceptable behaviour.

But... i'm confused... what's next?! what should i do? :( Could anyone be so kind to give me a hint?

got my EAD today it was printed on the 28th and today i got email saying that my EAD is aproved ( you think, i got the card allready) so now waiting for interview

Our service Center is Missouri and we already received the EAD card. However, no notice yet if there will be an interview or not. Also, Our last USCIS update was when the office received our petition. No touches since 1/18 :(

Removal of Conditions :

August 16, 2010 - Petition received by USCIS Vermont Center

August 20, 2010 - NOA1 received

October 4, 2010 - Biometrics

January 3, 2011 - Permanent 10 yr. Green Card Received.

May 24, 2007: NOA 1

Sept. 20, 2007: APPROVAL NOA 2 !!! (Day 139)

Sept. 24, 2007: Hard copy NOA 2 received in mail

Oct. 25, 2007: Papers arrived at NVC

Oct. 29, 2007: Papers left NVC: enroute to Bucharest YAY!!

Nov. 2, 2007: Packet 3 mailed from embassy

Nov. 8, 2007: Packet 3 received, medical and interview scheduled by phone

Nov. 12, 2007: Medical appointment completed

Nov. 13, 2007: Interview in Bucharest: VISA APPROVED!!

JANUARY 12, 2008: THE WEDDING

AOS:

Dec.31, 2007: Filed AOS/EAD/AP via mail

Jan. 30, 2008: Biometrics appointment

March 11, 2008: EAD/travel document approval via email

What are you confused about? Now you have your EAD you go and get a job, and continue to wait for AoS decision.

hello guys ! I also filed my AOS in Jan but heard nothing since my biometrics in march and I even cant check my status online. is that normal ?!

I was able to check my status online after my biometrics. But I think that you can call and ask for. They only say that the system has delays in updating... blah blah blah Have you had receive your EAD card?
