Only 2 touches and none since last Thursday.

Interesting, our AOS case was also touched last Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.

AOS sent 1/14/08

We were touched on 3/26/08 and 3/27/08 and received email today welcoming new permanent resident!!!!

Wow Fast!

Green card received 4/11/08.

Thank you God!

I got a touch and an email from CRIS on 04/11 saying my case was not pending standard processing at a USCIS office (this was after the case had been transferred to CSC so I assume it had been receieved) and now I've just had another touch on 04/13 (a Sunday too). Something is finally moving. Maybe I'll have an approval by the end of the month.

03/24/07 - proposed!

03/28/07 - sent I-129 to NVC

04/04/07 - NVC received I-129

06/26/07 - NVC sent approval

07/12/07 - Montreal Consulate recieved approved petition

07/20/07 - recieved Packet 3 from Montreal

07/24/07 - sent Packet 3 back to Montreal

** obtained police certificate

08/07/07 - Montreal confirmed that they recieved Packet 3

09/21/07 - INTERVIEW BOOKED NOV. 9TH, 9AM

10/17/07 - Completed Medical (took 5 minutes!)

11/09/07 - Visa APPROVED in Montreal (should receive in 2-3 weeks)

11/16/07 - picked up visa at the post office today (2-3 weeks my a$$)

Entered US December 4th!!

Married December 22nd

Our last touch on our EAD was 2/22/08. We called USCIS today and were told the EAD will be here within 20 days.

I-129F sent- 1/4/2007

I-129F received by Vermont Service Center- 1/8/2007

I-129F NOA1- 1/9/2007

Check cashed- 1/11/2007

I-129F NOA2- 1/24/2007

NVC received I-129F- 1/31/2007

Kurtis received packet from Montreal Consulate- 2/9/2007

Kurtis sent packet back to Montreal- 5/21/2007

Kurtis received interview date- 8/20/2007

Medical in Toronto- 9/11/2007

Interview in Montreal- 10/10/2007- APPROVED!

Received visa in mail- 10/15/2007

Traveled home to Massachusetts- 10/19/2007

Married- 10/31/2007

Mailed AOS packet- 1/23/2008

NOA issued- 1/30/2008

USCIS cashed check- 2/1/2008

Received RFE- 2/19/2008

Biometrics appointment- 2/21/2008 (in Providence, RI)

EAD application touched- 2/22/2008

Request for Evidence received by USCIS- 2/26/2008

EAD touched- 4/28/2008

AOS transferred to California Service Center- 5/16/2008

AOS touched- 5/27/2008

Called USCIS to have them do a case trace on our stale EAD- 5/27/2008

EAD card production ordered- 6/2/2008

AP approved- 6/2/2008

EAD received- 6/9/2008 (WOOHOO!!!!)

Total time it took to process EAD and AP- 129 days (boooo!)

On April 23 i have bio app... and i filed in January 31... looks like a little late my bio app isn't it?!

Same here, no touches since March 27th

We had AOS touch on the same day as we had biometrics - 3/05/05 and nothing since that time... AOS was filed on January 29th, EAD and AP already received... No transfer, no news, still pending at National Benefits Center. How long does it usually take to transfer after biometrics?
