MandE I never had any touches or updates after biometrics. They stopped even after my RFE. The only time I got my next touch was my RFE was received. Nothing till then. It is normal, some IO's don't update online.

Just wait for the mail.

Still cant view my case status online LOL.

I still dont have my EAD or AP,but I doubt I will get it because I have my GC interview in 4,5 weeks.

It seems that people who filed in Jan are starting to get some good news re: EAD and AP.

I got transfered to CSC, and I got my Biometrics appointment almost a week after filing. I've had no touches since 21st Feb, so I am hoping I'll get something one way or the other soon!

It seems that people who filed in Jan are starting to get some good news re: EAD and AP.

I got transfered to CSC, and I got my Biometrics appointment almost a week after filing. I've had no touches since 21st Feb, so I am hoping I'll get something one way or the other soon!

Our timelines are very similar and we had lots of touches until Feb 20, after that total silence... We just have to be patient.. I bet we will hear some good news soon. good luck

I have had a lot of touches but the weird thing is that I filed on jan 17 and havent even gone to my biometrics I have it scheduled for march 6 which is in 2 days.. So I hope that after my biometrics I keep on getting more touches and hopefully get approved since my case is at CSC, I dont know if it will happen but it would be nice ;) I see that mainly everyone gets their biometrics right after their NOas...

You probably won't be able to see it online until the case status gets updated.

I am not able to check anything at all, but I received my EAD and have an interview appointment. I wouldn't worry too much. Just look out for any mail from them.

Got my EAD approval notice also today, but am not seeing my AP online, I have been adding my AP NOA Receipt number in my cases portfolio but it's not accepting it :( I filed AOS/EAD/AP altogether and received the receipts almost altogether too... On a happier note - I am ready to go back to work... Yeeeyyyy!!!!

For all those still waiting - just be patient and just stay hopeful. I have watched some people who have received their approvals ahead even though they filed later than us.

Just got notice this morning that our GC has been ordered!! We only got AP and EAD within the last two weeks. Very excited!! :dance:

Congrats! After struggling along in the K-1 process, not to mention the three year wait for a green card when I came to the country as a child (I abandonded status later on, if that helps with the confusion), I am amazed at how speedy USCIS is being currently. Still, it's a good thing the EAD/AP fees are included in AOS and not extra money... ha... otherwise a lot of people would see it as a waste of money with how quickly the green card follows for them :D

11/24/2007 - Married!
03/31/2008 - Received Green Card

Should we be worried? We sent package AOS, EAD, AP on Feb. 11th. It was delivered Feb. 14.... thats 22 days ago!! Our check has not been cashed either! is that strange? I see on average it take 10day to receive NOA1. WHo should we call?
