We are starting to get worried. We mailed January 8, received NOA1 January 18 and nothing until now. Most of those who sent their AOS last January either have finished with their biometrics or already have a schedule. We also didnt receive any notice of RFE.

Still waiting for our Biometrics schedule.

Any thoughts about this delay?

if it's been over 6 weeks and no appt or RFE, perhaps you should call...

Finally I can check my I-485 status online. My RFE answer was received!!

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed.

On February 20, 2008, we received your response to our request for evidence. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. This case is at our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

I just checked my case status today, and my EAD had a touch and I can now also check my I-485 online too. Touches on my EAD make me happy.

Oh wow congrats!! :thumbs: :thumbs: Hopefully that's a good sign for me. I can't even check my status online and they haven't updated the Processing Times page yet so I have to guesstimate my progress by other people's results .

- 12-18-07 received RFE for I-864

- 12-20-07 EAD and AP touched (Notice Returned as Undeliverable)

- 01-04-08 Biometrics appointment done

- 01-19-08 resent hubby's income proof

- 01-28-08 AOS touched (Response to RFE received, and case processing has resumed)

- 03-10-08 EAD and AP finally touched and approved!!! =)

- 03-12-08 Case Transfer to CSC

- 03-13-08 EAD Touched again (Card Production ordered)

- 03-17-08 AP and Transfer notice received in mail (AP valids until 03-09-09)

- 03-18-08 EAD touched again (Approval Notice sent)

- 03-20-08 EAD received in mail

- 03-27-08 AOS Touched everyday since 03-20 (Case pending)

Anyone here who got an RFE and sent it back, ever seen a touch after they rec'd it? Seems like those who didn't get RFE got transferred or Interview letters. I am still waiting for mine lol

so turns out that today I checked status and my kids' AOS status is now on line and it says they've recd the RFE, however, my application is NOT on line with no status. also, no status on my EAD.

how come the kids are on and not me?

We can see our Employment Authorization online but still cannot see our I-485. Why is USCIS taking SO long to put our cases online? :clock:
