Very much so. Trans fats are the worst kinds of fat you can put in your body. You'd be better off eating 4 slices of bacon.

Yep, and it's unfortunate because so many people use creamer substitutes for the very reason that real cream or half and half is not healthy. I do notice that many restaurants offer half and half though. Those artificial creamers are the worst things to add to coffee ...HFCS and Trans Fats...especially for heavy drinkers.

what about those "mini-moos"? We have them at work and I use one in my coffee each time I make it there. I"m always leary though because they don't need to be refridgerated.
